Government Registration

The official certificate and verified incorporation details will be added when the Society supplies its Certificate of Incorporation and authorizes publication.

Verification pending: Incorporation number, incorporation date, current registry status and CRA charitable status have not been published or assumed.

Constitution & Governance

Members adopted the revised Constitution at the September 26, 2026 General Assembly, including the Magajia and Women’s Coordinator roles. The final authorized public version will be made available for viewing or downloading after checking that it accurately reflects the adopted amendments.

Financial Accountability

Hadinkai’s governance records emphasize separate accounting for development donations and general operating funds, appropriate financial authorizations, reporting and member accountability. Financial statements and approved policies can be added here when authorized for publication.

Privacy

We will not publish private member details, account credentials, contributors’ personal information or confidential committee records. Sensitive information will be redacted in public document copies.
